How to get rid of the delay
1) Go to the folder with the game
2) Select the file system.cfg
3) Open it using Notepad
4) Change the line log_IncludeTime = 1 on log_IncludeTime = 0
5) Save the changes and all the delays as had happened

How to get rid of the label in the upper right corner
1) Go to the folder with the game
2) Select the file system.cfg
3) Open it using Notepad
4) Change the line r_displayInfo = 1 on r_displayInfo = 0
5) Save the changes and all the delays as had never been

Pro Build
In Bethke available only dx9, and quality settings are changed through the console Q_quality from 1 to 3.
